Clients & Testimonials

What our clients are saying:

Scott has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of Cimetrix for over 15 years. I initially recommended Scott as a board member because the company was transitioning through some difficult times and I needed someone with the highest levels of personal integrity as well as the Company was subject to the new rules under Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) in the early 2000’s and needed a “financial expert” as defined under SOX. Scott has been a very strong board member for our company that has represented the shareholders of Cimetrix well throughout his tenure.  Scott’s past experience as a CEO and CFO of public companies, combined with his significant experience with other boards, has provided good wisdom, guidance and direction for myself and the Company.

Scott and his firm were responsible for engineering and orchestrating the sale of my company (AireBeam) in 2020.  From the inception of the assignment in August of 2019 to the sale to Boston Omaha Corp (NASDAQ:BOMN) in March 2020,  Scott personally led and implemented a well-organized and comprehensive process to expose my company to a wide set of qualified buyers.  His industry expertise, experience and relationships were key to the successful outcome he achieved for AireBeam.

Subsentio has worked with Franklin Court Partners for over the last 10 years. The firm and Scott have been instrumental to the growth and success of Subsentio in numerous ways. FCP has performed multiple projects for Subsentio over the years including: business development, financial planning/modeling, financing strategies, and M&A (buy and sell side).  Scott and his firm have consistency demonstrated a “client first” approach and they will be a prominent chapter in the book on the history of Subsentio.  Scott also served on the Board of Managers for over 5 years and was a great resource for myself and the rest of the senior team.

When I was head of Sales at BroadSoft, we hired Scott’s firm for several consulting projects over a 7 year span.  This book of work resulted in our company successfully entering and dominating a large adjacent market (Cable TV Service providers). Scott educated our senior team on a comprehensive analysis of the North American Cable TV industry and market with a focus on the opportunity in the business services segment. Scott then developed a business development and sales strategy to market and sell to the largest players in the continent and was successful in having many of them select BroadSoft as their UCaaS solution for business services. Our joke was we wanted to "run the table in cable" and with his help we did. Throughout this multiyear assignment, Scott’s firm demonstrated immense knowledge of this sector, a strong rolodex, and had the trust of the customer executives to help accelerate the sales process. I value Scott's advice and his integrity!

Scott and his firm (Franklin Court Partners – FCP) have had a long term relationship with LightEdge Solutions, spanning almost two decades. His firm has worked with the Company for multiple assignments including consulting (strategy & business development), fundraising, and strategic acquisitions/ divestitures. Scott was also an independent board member for LightEdge for a number of years.  His vast experience and expertise (industry, business and board) was crucial for LightEdge and assisted in its initial recapitalization and helped lay the foundation for LightEdge’s continued evolution as a leader in the cloud services market.

Franklin Court Partners was invaluable to helping PlayerLync in the startup stage of business. Scott and his firm worked with the founders to develop a successful and well thought out business plan and financing strategy. FCP helped identify a group of initial investors that complemented the strategy and were instrumental for financing needs of the Company. Scott was also an early investor in PlayerLync and his extensive past experience with startups and scaling businesses has been a useful sounding board as the Company continues to grow and evolve.
